Free screening of The Plastic Detox

What happens when six couples who’ve been struggling with unexplained infertility participate in a massive plastic detox of their homes and lives? Find out at a free screening of The Plastic Detox on May 4th from 6-8pm at the Greenburgh Library. This eye-opening documentary follows Dr. Shanna Swan, author of Countdown, who for over 20 years has researched how endocrine disrupting chemicals found in plastics impact fertility and other health issues. After the documentary, Dr. Sarah Evans, Dr. Swan’s colleague at Mt. Sinai, will lead a Q&A and discussion moderated by Beyond Plastics Lower Westchester.
