Solarize Event at Warner Library

Solar Success in Tarrytown

Come to the Warner Library on Sunday, January 10 at 1:30 pm, to find out what factors make a solar panel installation possible and successful. Representatives from Sunrun, the residential solar installer chosen by Solarize Tarrytown, will discuss the solar installations that are taking place and solar homeowners will be present to discuss what made them choose solar.  Solarize Tarrytown is a committee of the Village of Tarrytown.

Now is the time to choose solar.  The cost in New York State is deeply reduced – by about 70% - by discounts provided by Solarize Westchester, tax credits, rebates and other incentives, and financing is available, with little or no money down   Some of these incentives are declining or scheduled to expire so this is an optimal time to move forward with solar and to lock in deep energy savings over the 25 + year expected life of the system.

Solarize Tarrytown is a time-limited program.  The Residential program ends on Feb. 29, and the Commercial program ends on April 30.  For further information call 914-458-5122 for residents, and 914-861-4685 for commercial, multi-family and non-profit installations.
